[May 3, 2019] Atlantic Building Components was founded 35 years ago, in 1984, at its headquarters in Moncks Corner. The company Manufactures roof and floor trusses.

Now, they have three manufacturing plants across North and South Carolina, and they employ more than 250 people across those states.

It’s no surprise Berkeley County was thrilled to celebrate the ribbon-cutting for the company’s expansion in Moncks Corner today, nestled in the Macedonia community.

Long time employees joined company leaders to cut the ribbon. They also ceremonially built the inaugural truss in their new building. Then, everyone signed the truss.

The company is located on Cane Gully Road, near Macedonia Middle School.
