$2 Million MUSC Health Carnes Crossroads Opens Doors in Berkeley County
SUMMERVILLE, SC – The grand opening of MUSC Health Carnes Crossroads was celebrated by MUSC Physicians, Berkeley County Government officials, and other local government and community leaders today.
The new $2 Million, 10,000 sq. ft. medical facility boasts the convenience of having both primary care and women’s health services in one location. In addition to family and internal medicine, MUSC Health Carnes Crossroads has two OB/GYN physicians on staff and offers patients the ability to easily schedule ultrasound, X-Ray, phlebotomy and conventional radiology appointments at this one office
Berkeley County Supervisor Bill Peagler expressed the County’s excitement for the grand opening of the new facility.
“MUSC Health Carnes Crossroads is a tremendous addition in Berkeley County and will provide great improvement in access to health care for Berkeley County residents, particularly Summerville and Goose Creek residents,” said Peagler. “Berkeley County is also extremely grateful for the multi-million dollar investment and the 16 new jobs MUSC Health Carnes Crossroads provide.”
