Berkeley County Economic Development hosted its 2025 Industry Luncheon on May 8, 2025 at Cypress Gardens. The annual event brought together more than 150 businesses from across Berkeley County. Elected leaders and other organizations were also in attendance. Speakers touched on workforce trends across South Carolina, Berkeley County and the Charleston region as well as the Future Ready program – a collaboration among Berkeley County industries, Trident Technical College and Berkeley County School District.
